Before scheduling an appointment for a training or nutrition consultation, please look at my
Calendar to check my availability.
Please schedule any appointments at least a week in advance. In addition, make sure that the the scheduled time is at least one hour before or after any other appointment times.
Personal Training Sessions usually last either 30 minutes or one hour.My Weekly Availability Is:Sun: By Appointment Only
Mon - Fri: 5:00am - 9:00pm
Sat: By Appointment Only
